Periodontist (On-Site Monthly)

Dr. Makkattil, a Periodontist, visits our office once a month to meet with patients and focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, also known as gum disease.

Periodontists treat conditions ranging from mild gingivitis to advanced gum disease, helping patients preserve their natural teeth and protect their overall oral health. They are experts in addressing gum recession, bone loss, and inflammation that can affect both the function and appearance of a smile.
