We are Premier Provider for MODA/Delta Dental and a Preferred Provider (PPO) for MetLife insurance companies. We also accept most other insurance companies, and as a courtesy we will gladly bill your insurance company for your services.

In order to keep our fees as low as possible, we ask that payment be made at the time of service. If you have insurance, your estimated patient portion will be due at the time of service. For your convenience we will provide you an estimate for services in advance of any work being performed, we will go over payment options and answer any questions you may have.

We offer several payment options:

We offer a 10% discount to Veterans and Active Duty patients.

All Veterans and those serving in Active Duty will receive a 10% discount on all dental procedures and services. Please ask for this discount at your next appointment so that we can properly thank you for your service. If you have or are currently serving in the military and have insurance, your 10% discount will be applied to your copay.

We offer a 5% discount for Seniors 65 and older.

If you are 65 or older and have insurance, your 5% discount will be applied to your copay.

We also offer the following in-house payment plans:

1. 2 to 3 Equal Payments* at 0% interest.

2. 4 to 6 Equal Payments* at 12% interest.

* The first payment is due at the day of service, the remaining payments will be automatically taken out of your checking account or placed on a credit card each month. All payments must no less than $50.00 a month.
